REGENCY HOUSE The project involved combining and remodelling two existing flats to provide a single 3-bedroom apartment for a private client. The accommodation provided for large open plan living/dining and a well equipped kitchen area, a new ensuite bathroom with dressing room off the master bedroom and a new bathroom.
